If for any reason the results of your photo shoot do not meet your expectations, please submit your concerns in writing within 3 days after receiving final images. Ric will reshoot your project within 2-3 days, subject to availability.

Your satisfaction is our commitment. Any complaint about your order must be submitted in writing in email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 calendar days of date of delivery (as verified by your Shipment Tracking Number). You will receive instructions to receive a refund or replacement after your complaint has been sent. Any item received damaged or not the item you ordered will receive a refund or replacement upon return of the product & verification of claim.
